Epoxy Resin & BMC post Insulators
Epoxy resin and BMC support insulators are used whenever an effective combination of electrical insulation, mechanical strength, dimensional stability and long-term reliability is required.
Thermosetting epoxy resins and BMC materials make it possible to design robust, dimensionally accurate components capable of mechanically supporting conductors or live parts while ensuring safe electrical insulation from metal structures and fastening elements.
Depending on the component geometry, production volumes and operating conditions, Isolex processes epoxy resin and BMC using different manufacturing technologies, including injection moulding, transfer moulding and compression moulding. Its expertise in these processes enables each insulator to be tailored to the specific electrical, mechanical and environmental requirements of the application.
